Commemorating Fred and Juelle Fisher’s wedding in 1975, the vineyard is not only an integral part of the winery, but also of our family’s life on the mountain.
First planted in 1973, Wedding Vineyard graces a south facing slope in front of our original Mountain Estate winery, running the length of our secluded estate. Nine acres were replanted in 2002 under the careful guidance of David Abreu: seven blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon (clone 337 and See clone, among others), one block of Petit Verdot (clone 400) and one block of Cabernet Franc (clone 327). The final remaining block was replanted in 2010 (Wiemer clone).

The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Wedding Vineyard brings together the best qualities of the year. Dark, seamless and voluptuous, the 2012 stands out for its total sense of balance and class. All the elements fall into place in this gracious, super-expressive Cabernet Sauvignon. The 100% new oak is totally integrated.
