Cameron is named after the youngest member of the Fisher Vineyards family, Cameron Nelson Fisher, the last and final member of the second generation of siblings to join the winery.
Production Details
- 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 9% Malbec, 8% Cabernet Franc
- Hand-harvested during pre-dawn hours
- De-stemmed and double sorted
- Whole-berry fermented (following 5-day cold soak) in open-top oak and concrete fermenters
- Aged 19 months in French oak barrels (80% new)
