SONOMA COUNTY

"1 - 5 - 7" Merlot

What's in the name? Precisely what is in the bottle: Merlot from our newly matured mountainside vineyards grown on slopes designated block one and block seven, blended with Syrah grown on a steep terraced slope, identified as block five. Block five is a hidden vineyard with a south western exposure and rare tufa soils (read more about the vineyard).

Truly a mountain Merlot, "1-5-7" is dense and rich, with gobs of black fruit and hints of dark chocolate. This wine was released from the winery directly to Mailing List members only.
